Was this one effective? Yes, it was. In fact, I found it to be the sweet spot for dosage, at least for me. 400mg of phosphatidylserine seems to keep me calm and focused when I’m working. I don’t feel bogged down by brain fog, and I have a bit of extra drive to keep going.
Plus, I’ve found it’s not a bad supplement to take post-workout, especially when I train at night. We all can get pretty hyped up from our training sessions. It’s honestly pretty tough to find a good phosphatidylserine powder. Thankfully, Bulk Supplements came through with this one. I never hesitate to recommend them because they’re a brand known for reliable sourcing and fair prices.
As far as effectiveness goes, this product absolutely worked well. The powder is very high-quality. And the great thing about powdered supplements is that you can adjust the dosage to your needs much easier.
The dosing on the label is a bit confusing. It says if you take 500mg, you’ll get 100mg of phosphatidylserine. Essentially, it’s similarly dosed as capsule variations, just labeled weirdly.
You’ll see nearly every capsule version on this list has phosphatidylserine 20% on the label. That essentially means it’s at 20% potency. So when you take a 400mg capsule at 20% potency, you’re actually getting 80mg of phosphatidylserine.
Bulk Supplements is actually labeling it honestly for the amount of pure phosphatidylserine you’re getting. It’s a pretty good deal since you get 100mg of pure phosphatidylserine per serving. And it comes in at around $0.23 or less per serving, depending on how big of a bag you buy.
The phosphatidylserine in this one is sourced from soy. So if you have soy sensitivities, this won’t be for you. I also found the powder to be a bit hard to mix, so make sure to stir/shake thoroughly.

I know a lot of people look for gummy versions of supplements whenever possible. After all, mixing powder and swallowing pills can be annoying or a less than enjoyable supplement-taking experience sometimes. So why not take a fun gummy instead?
Of the ones I tried, I liked the flavor of these the best. Unfortunately, the flavor still isn’t great. It’s a very sugary raspberry taste. But they’re definitely edible.
Be aware that these are also marketed as a supplement for kids, but adults love gummies too. And you should have no problems taking these as an adult.
I would also triple or quadruple the recommended serving if you’re an adult taking them to get effective results. That brings them up to $1.26-$1.72 per serving. So it’s really not the most optimal way to spend your money. But if you like gummies, they’re the way to go.

The package recommends taking 3 of the 100mg capsules per day for effective dosage. That’s what I found I needed to feel the full effects. But everyone responds to supplements differently. If you respond well to 100mg, that’s all you need to take.
If you’re taking the lowest-possible dose, then this is a great option to achieve that. However, if you bump up to the full 300mg dose, then the cost-per-serving is much worse than other options.
These are also derived from soy, which isn’t my favorite choice. However, I definitely felt the effects, so I don’t have much in complaints.
